The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs support clients in daily living activities, community involvement, and personal growth, promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of life. This role involves direct care, advocacy, and skill-building in a respectful and person-centered manner.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
