Make a real impact.</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a driven and go-getter HR Business Partner to join our Auckland team in a role that offers real variety and impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping leaders grow, building practical leadership capability, strengthening culture and values, and supporting managers through people matters in a calm, fair and sensible way.</p>\n<p>You will work closely with managers across the business, coaching them through employee relations matters and delivering leadership training that is practical, engaging and relevant to real day-to-day challenges. You will also help shape a strong culture, reinforce values-led leadership, and support leaders to lift team performance.
