This senior leader will be working with executive leadership, governance bodies, and as appropriate, Boards or committees, facilitating informed decision-making. Additional compensation opportunities and incentives will be detailed during the interview process. We also offer a robust benefits package with significant value (see below).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>LOCATION:</strong> For employees in Vermont, Blue Cross has transitioned to a hybrid workplace where employees within a 50-mile radius of our Berlin, VT office work Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
