This is a dynamic role for a self-directed professional who thrives in a fluid environment and is eager to grow within our QA/QC and Machining departments.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>What You’ll Do (Areas of Responsibility)</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Precision Machining:</strong> Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including manual mills, CNC lathes, surface grinders, laser cutters, and shears to produce high-quality prototype parts for engineering.</li><li><strong>Technical Inspection:</strong> Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and audits of incoming materials and finished parts.</li><li><strong>Blueprint &amp; Tolerance Analysis:</strong> Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints to verify dimensional accuracy and part integrity.</li><li><strong>Metrology Mastery:</strong> Utilize advanced measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gages, to determine critical dimensional data.</li><li><strong>Data Integrity:</strong> Maintain accurate parts and supply inventories within our <strong>MRP system</strong>, reporting and documenting all non-conforming materials.</li><li><strong>Leadership &amp; Safety:</strong> Serve as a technical lead, ensuring safety protocols (including lock-out tag-out) are strictly followed while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>",
