font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Use measurement and inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to confirm dimensional accuracy and functional performance</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions accurately</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Identify, label, and properly control non-conforming material in designated Quality Hold areas</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Record inspection results and test findings clearly, accurately, and completely</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Partner with production, warehouse, shipping, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and reduce scrap or rework</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to quality-focused decision-making on the production floor</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and technical documents</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Experience using standard inspection and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
