    "description_html": "<p><strong>Job summary:</strong> The shipping department is responsible for packaging, warehousing and final transportation of finished product.  The Department works closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.  </p><p><strong>Summary of essential job functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Retrieve furniture from the warehouse for loads</li><li>Wrapping/boxing product for transportation</li><li>Scan all pieces while loading, unloading or organizing the warehouse</li><li>Responsible for maintaining their equipment (2-wheelers, motorized vehicles, etc.)</li><li>Check of all Bills of Lading for shipments and receipts to ensure accuracy</li><li>Responsible for taking all damages to inspection/repair department</li><li>Keeping warehouse and dock doors clean of debris</li><li>Any additional work as directed by supervisor or lead</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment (concrete floors indoor/outdoor, etc...)</li><li>Ability to read, write, count, and do basic math</li><li>Must pay close attention to detail</li><li>Must perform job with safety as a top priority</li><li>Must be able to get along well with others, work on a team basis</li><li>Ability to show up to work on-time, every day, and take direction from supervisor(s) in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Shipping experience in a fast-paced environment highly preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong> Must be able to move and lift objects over time without fatigue.
