Working with colleagues, clients, or an advertising agency to establish and meet project objectives, budgets, and timelines. Creating marketing strategies to increase buyer interest in specific products or services. Monitoring the progress of the project from planning to execution to ensure that it remains focused and effective. Contract specifications and terms are negotiated with clients or other third parties. Starting and directing research projects. Data collection and analysis, as well as data presentation to other parties, such as management and clients. Participating in the hiring and evaluation of advertising department employees. Expert advice on marketing and advertising strategies for new or existing products or services. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a closely related field is required. Minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant field is required; management experience is preferred. Design and marketing principles and techniques should be understood. Capability to develop strategies in response to industry trends and developments. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly when working on multiple projects or teams. Excellent negotiation, management, listening, and verbal and written communication skills. Decisiveness and strong problem-solving abilities, particularly when under pressure. Capability to establish and maintain working relationships. Solid sales and presentation skills.
