    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>Tyto Athene is seeking a <strong>Project Manager</strong> to work with physical security professionals in the design, engineering, installation, testing, and maintenance of physical security systems and the associated infrastructure supporting designated Navy facilities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage physical security development & installation projects adhering to project scope, budget, and schedule. </li>\n <li>Manage work and deliverables as defined by the task performance work statements (PWS).</li>\n <li>Develop project WBS and schedules to guide project completion.</li>\n <li>Lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li>\n <li>Track and analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvements.</li>\n <li>Support and track procurement activities (including purchase requisitions) ensuring timely delivery of materials/tools in support of task orders.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with vendors and Tyto Supply Chain to obtain competitive quotes in support of task orders.</li>\n <li>Manage the activities of the project team. </li>\n <li>Manage multiple projects concurrently.</li>\n <li>Prepare and present reports on project status.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and at least four (4) years of experience in electronic security systems and automated information systems.</li>\n <li>In lieu of the above degree, the candidate shall have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in system/hardware design, electrical engineering, and integration/testing of electronic systems, and at least six (6) years of experience in electronic security systems and automated information systems.</li>\n <li>A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects. </li>\n <li>Working ability with MS suite of products (MS Work, Excel, Project)</li>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of Access Control, Intrusion Detection and video surveillance/recording equipment/systems design, evaluation, testing, installation, and maintenance is a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills for working with the customer and all stakeholders.</li>\n <li>PMI PMP is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong>: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility w/ ability to obtain a CI polygraph.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Tyto Athene</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position.
