If you're a proactive problem-solver with a track record in management and a thirst for success, we want YOU on our team! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision</li>\n <li>Disability & Term Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Matching 401k benefits</li>\n <li>On-going training & development, & growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily management of high-volume service department, HVAC service technicians and staff</li>\n <li>Evaluate workload and schedule of service work in a way that best utilizes service technicians.</li>\n <li>Hire, lead, and train a team of techs on technical and sales knowledge.</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable on how to teach sales and new techniques.</li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service; be able to communicate with customer, office staff, sales department, and field help.</li>\n <li>Report on team performance.</li>\n <li>Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements</li>\n <li>Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ Years residential HVAC experience, management experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.</li>\n <li>Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to train proper technical diagnostic techniques on all equipment from basic to high efficiency inverter systems.</li>\n <li>Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills (word, excel, etc.)</li>\n <li>Valid drivers’ license and ability to pass background test and drug screen.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors</li>\n <li>Career growth opportunity</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Max Pay Rate</h2>USD $120,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Posted Min Pay Rate</h2>USD $80,000.00/Yr.",
