In addition, this position participates in the development and maintenance of risk management products offered to all customers across the bank.</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs daily transfer pricing duties including rate sheet creation, transfer pricing, prepayment review and exception reporting.</li>\n <li>Work with internal and external customers to review transfer pricing assigned and methodology.</li>\n <li>Assists in the design, development, and production of various types of management reports, including sections of the monthly ALCO package.</li>\n <li>Perform adhoc analysis and reporting as requested based on finance, transfer pricing and technical knowledge.</li>\n <li>Performs analysis for ad-hoc and special projects, and performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or other relevant discipline required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year of relevant banking or financial services experience, preferably in treasury required</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, and the ability to creatively present the results of research and analysis to impact opinion.</li>\n <li>Understanding of financial instruments, markets and knowledge of economic principles.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Strong customer service and detail orientation.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, staff, and other internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with advanced ability to use spreadsheets and database applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About CoBank</h2>\n<p>The typical base pay range for this role is between $76,100 - $87,100. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.</p>\n<p>The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
