Job Description
For our marketing and advertising operations, we are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing & AdOps Specialist .
While the content and creative team builds the key visuals, you are the engine that drives the traffic, conversions, and tangible results. You won't just be "buying ads"—you will be managing the entire technical ecosystem of advertising, from UTM architecture and AI-driven optimizations to complex reporting in Looker Studio. You will bridge the gap between creative assets and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Media Buying & Execution: Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google (SEM/GDN), TikTok, and Shopee/Lazada (CPAS/Internal Ads), and other channels.
Ad Operations (AdOps): Set up and manage the technical backend of campaigns, including deep-link tracking, UTM structures, and Pixel/API integrations.
OOH Coordination: Assist in the planning and placement of Out-Of-Home (OOH) media, ensuring digital and physical touch-points are integrated.
AI Integration: Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or AI-driven bidding tools) to streamline ad copy generation, creative testing, and workflow efficiency.
Advanced Reporting: Build and maintain automated performance dashboards using Looker Studio to provide clients with real-time insights.
Performance Optimization: Constantly A/B test audiences, creatives, and landing pages to lower CAC and improve ROAS.
Coordination : Work closely with the Contents, Creative and E-commerce teams to get the right assets of new campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience : 1-3 years in Performance Marketing or Media Buying (Agency experience is a major plus).
Tracking Expert: You live and breathe UTM parameters and conversion tracking. You know how to troubleshoot a broken tracking link.
Data Visualization: Proficient in
Looker Studio (or Power BI) and Excel/Google Sheets.
AI Fluent: You are an early adopter of AI tools to enhance marketing productivity.
Language : Native-level fluency in Thai and a professional command of English (for internal and external reporting and communication)
Growth Mindset: You don't just report "what happened"; you suggest "what to do next" based on the data.
