The ETE family encompasses three major areas including (a) functional testing, (b) non-functional testing, and (c) test architecture and enablement. Other key focuses include: regression testing, browser testing, performance testing, capacity and stress testing, resiliency testing, environment management services, and infrastructure testing. Develops, conducts, and evaluates testing processes, working closely with developers to remediate identified system defects. In-depth knowledge of automated testing tools, and quality control and assurance approaches including the creation of reusable foundational test automation framework for the entire organization.</span></p>\n<p><span>The Test Engineering role is responsible for ensuring that all applications, system products, projects, and solutions meet defined enterprise quality standards. Provide centralized, independent quality assurance services across the firm, including functional and non-functional testing for all products, services, and applications across businesses. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions, providing testing expertise, oversight, and direction to ensure the functionality of solutions and that design specifications are met.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities</strong>:</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Prepare, maintain and implement test cases based on user stories; present results and track defects to closure.</span></li>\n <li><span>Prepare, maintain and implement automated test scripts.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain traceability from business requirements through test cases to automated scripts</span></li>\n <li><span>Review test cases / automation approach with collaborator to ensure comprehensive coverage and acquire feedback.</span></li>\n <li><span>Track test execution milestones, report on issues and risks with the potential to affect project timelines.</span></li>\n <li><span>Construct appropriate end-2-end business scenarios through the application of a broad understanding of business objectives and goals.</span></li>\n <li><span>Responsible for Delivery Pipeline adoption</span></li>\n <li><span>Identify dependencies for environmental and data requirements.</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to standard framework of reusable functions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop a basic understanding of the product being delivered.</span></li>\n <li><span>Responsible for process compliance &amp; associated documentation</span></li>\n <li><span>Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><i><strong>**NOTE:&nbsp; The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **</strong></i></span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Minimum of 3+ years of related experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>3+ years of QA Testing experience with at least 2 years hands on Test Automation Experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience using Java, TestNG, JUnit, and Selenium.</span></li>\n <li><span>Hands-on experience with Git and Bitbucket is needed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge of automation standards and best practices including experience with XPath axes and CSS selectors</span></li>\n <li><span>In depth knowledge of common automation design patterns such as the page object model and software development methodologies</span></li>\n <li><span>Should know Defect Management using ALM and Agile/Scrum management through JIRA, Defect Triaging, Defect Status Reporting and Tracking</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop, maintain, and implement functional and automated test scripts using Java and testing frameworks.</span></li>\n <li><span>Sound knowledge of regression testing, Smoke &amp; Sanity testing, compatibility testing, system functional testing, user acceptance testing etc.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong hands-on experience using Java 8 for test automation, ability to develop, maintain, improve, and implement automated scripts.</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience on API automation with REST Assured</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience in build tools such as Maven, adding dependencies, maintaining pom.xml file is required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to write simple to medium complexity SQL queries.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to interpret technical designs and specifications and design automated solutions accordingly.</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Positive relationship and collaboration skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><i>Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.&nbsp;We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
