Description As a Retail Supervisor , you’ll lead a dynamic team to deliver high-impact merchandising, reset, and remodel projects across your territory. You’ll be the driving force behind quality execution, team development, and client satisfaction—making a visible difference in every store you touch. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a blend of leadership, retail experience, and hands-on problem-solving skills. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership, inspire a team, and deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Lead & Inspire : Interview, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team to execute retail projects that exceed client expectations. Ensure Excellence : Conduct in-store audits and provide hands-on support to guarantee flawless execution and timely completion of merchandising and reset activities. Own the Process : Read and implement planograms, install fixtures, operate merchandising equipment, and assist with truck unloading and product placement. Plan Strategically : Organize project workflows, materials, and schedules with precision—adapting plans as needed to meet real-time challenges. Coach for Success : Set clear expectations, evaluate performance, and provide ongoing feedback to foster growth and accountability. Communicate Effectively : Build strong relationships through professional, clear, and consistent communication with team members and store partners. Leverage Technology : Use digital tools and hardware confidently to streamline operations and reporting. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred. - OR 1–2 years of related retail experience and/or training. - OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Leadership Skills: - Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams of 10–100 employees. - Experience in coaching, performance evaluation, and team development. Technical & Physical Capability: - Comfortable using technology, hardware, and software tools to manage projects. - Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally. - Willing to perform physical tasks such as installing fixtures, moving shelves, and merchandising products. Communication Excellence: - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and store partners.
