These roles are considered variable-hour and may have a rotating break between projects.&nbsp;</p><p>IAG is hiring entry level and skilled candidates for the following positions:</p><ul><li>Construction Laborer</li><li>Equipment Operator</li><li>Construction Crew Member</li><li>Construction Foreman</li><li>Construction Superintendent</li></ul><p><strong>Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Roles and Responsibilities will be determined by job and project.</li><li>Follow and enforce the Company required safe work practices and procedures at all times.</li><li>Actively participates in JSA and uses all necessary steps to complete tasks safely and ensures the safety of others working in the area.</li><li>Communicate with all levels of management and crew to effectively present any needs and changes.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Knowledge of construction job sites&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.</li><li>Ability to adhere to a written method or procedure.</li><li>Confidence to STOP work when a problem is immediately identified.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products, including email.</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.</li><li>Ability to write simple correspondence.</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.</li><li>Organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.</li><li>Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.</li><li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.</li></ul><p><strong>Management Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>These roles do not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may direct work on a project depending on the position.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications):</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Crew Member, Labor: Entry level 0-6 months or more in similar role.</li><li>Equipment Operator: 1+ years&rsquo; experience operating heavy equipment (backhoes, skid steers, excavators)</li><li>Foreman: 3+ years&rsquo; experience in a similar role.</li><li>Superintendent: 6+ years&rsquo; experience in a similar role.</li><li>Current Driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable driving record required.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Environmental/Working Conditions:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.</li><li>Must have excellent depth perception, hearing, and manual dexterity to operate all machines safely.</li><li>The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.</li><li>The physical environment for this position requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions in extreme temperatures and weather.&nbsp;</li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Considerations/Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to travel at least 85% of the time.</li><li>Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program.&nbsp;</li><li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
