What You Get To Do: This position is responsible for general fabrication work, packing duties, as well as other utility duties which may be assigned. Assembling boxes, crates, or containers Constant use of power tools Labeling and marking containers and insert lining or padding material to protect items during shipment Weighing, measuring and counting product Packing items according to shipping needs or supervisors' specifications, ensuring that the crates/boxes and packages are accurately packed Completing clerical tasks with the ability to use shop floor computer and RF equipment Conducting inspections to examine products and make sure they meet our specifications for quality and aren't damage What We Are Looking For: *Must have work experience using a tape measure and are able to read to the 32nds *Ability to use a hand pallet and or motorized pallet jack *Ability to regularly lift packages up to 50 lbs *Ability to grasp and squeeze small parts and large items *Ability to inspect aluminum for various quality flaws *Ability to squeeze and use hand tools such as drill guns or the like *Knowledge of using computer, mouse and keyboard without assistance What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
