For over 100 years, we have been developing comprehensive solutions for our customers that make everyday office and work life easier and more efficient—from franking machines to digital solutions for business communication, process management, and workflow management.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FP Group headquarters</span>, where all essential enabling functions are bundled, we are looking for you to join us as of now as</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Head of Group Controlling and Investor Relations (m/f/d) </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">in Berlin</span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-weight: bold\">Your Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall responsibility for the Group Controlling and Investor Relations function</li>\n<li>Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports as well as consolidated forecasts and budgets</li>\n<li>Analysis of company performance and derivation of action-oriented recommendations for management</li>\n<li>Management of the budgeting, forecasting and planning process at group level</li>\n<li>Creation and continuous improvement of management reports and KPI dashboards</li>\n<li>Further development of planning and reporting processes, including automation</li>\n<li>Support with strategic projects such as M&amp;A, integration of new entities, profitability analyses and investment appraisals</li>\n<li>Development and continuous improvement of a regular reporting system (monthly presentation of relevant KPIs to improve steering of the individual entities)</li>\n<li>Leadership, development and motivation of the Global FP&amp;A &amp; Investor team</li>\n<li>Independent and intensive management of relationships with external stakeholders and outreach to new potential investors</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributing to the optimal provision of information to the capital market and to the further development and presentation of our equity story</li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for capital market communication</li>\n<li>Preparation and further development of our external and internal investor relations presentations and reports</li>\n<li>Support in the planning and execution of the Annual General Meeting</li>\n<li>Development and implementation of communication concepts, formats and measures for internal communication</li>\n<li>Preparation of presentations for internal events and projects</li>\n<li>Regular evaluation of the communication channels used with regard to content, impact and efficiency, with a view to the continuous improvement of external communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-weight: bold\">Your Profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification</li>\n<li>You have several years of professional experience in group controlling</li>\n<li>You possess in-depth knowledge of group structures, financial models as well as reporting and planning processes</li>\n<li>You are proficient in working with common controlling tools and ERP systems</li>\n<li>You have strong analytical skills and an excellent understanding of figures</li>\n<li>You are characterised by strong communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to present complex issues in a clear and understandable way</li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory.</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), including group accounting, consolidation, and disclosure requirements, with the ability to translate complex accounting matters into clear guidance for management.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in Investor Relations, including preparing capital market communications (e.g. annual and quarterly reports, investor presentations), managing relationships with analysts and investors, and supporting earnings calls and roadshows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Does that sound exciting to you?
