You will also play a key role in improving financial systems, processes, and controls as the company continues to grow globally.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a full-time, in-office role based in Melbourne, working closely with leadership and key stakeholders across the organisation.</p>\n<p><br>--------</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Analyse financial performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deliver actionable insights to leadership through regular reporting and analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support strategic planning, scenario modelling, and investment decision-making.</span></li>\n<li>Prepare monthly management reporting packs and executive dashboards, delivering clear insights and recommendations to support decision-making.</li>\n<li>Prepare Board reporting materials, including financial performance updates, forecasts, key business metrics, risks, and strategic analysis.</li>\n<li>Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling, valuation analysis, scenario planning, and investment evaluation.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Financial Reporting &amp; Accounting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support audit processes and liaise with external advisors where required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain strong financial controls and governance processes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
