This position ensures integrity in cash collection, reconciliation, and reporting in compliance with gaming regulations and internal control standards.</p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.</p></li>\n <li><p>Open, remove, and secure currency from slot machines and table games.</p></li>\n <li><p>Adhere to all drop and count policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</p></li>\n <li><p>Accurately count slot machine currency drops and tickets using electronic currency counter/sorter and ticket counter equipment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Record currency totals from each bill acceptor and table game drop box in the electronic accounting system.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare and bundle currency drops for verification and secure transfer.</p></li>\n <li><p>Separate and process slot tickets and currency from gaming machines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform chip counts for the Poker Room.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare, reconcile, and enter various count reports into the computerized accounting system.</p></li>\n <li><p>Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or variances.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain confidentiality of all information handled.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure the count area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Complete assigned drop and count processes within the designated shift.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform other related duties as assigned.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h3>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be 21 years of age or older</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Previous experience in gaming drop and count operations</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Exposure to loud noise, secondhand smoke, and standard casino conditions</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent standing, bending, and walking throughout shift</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manual dexterity and coordination for cash handling and equipment operation</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive counting tasks</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Schedule</strong></h3>\n<p>Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality and gaming industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on property business needs.</p>\n<h3><strong>Drug-Free Workplace</strong></h3>\n<p>WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is a Drug-Free Workplace.
