Join our team and work in a challenging and exciting industry. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We know we can't operate efficiently without skilled maintenance expertise, we will treat you fairly with competitive pay and benefits.  </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Rate is $35.33 an hour with a 12-hour 2-2-3  2-2-3 rotating work schedule.</strong>  <strong>Must be able to work nights 6p-6a. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We offer top benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision and Matching 401K plan with Company contributions.  Enjoy paid vacation and ten paid holidays a year! Quarterly perfect attendance bonus.  Uniforms, prescription safety glasses and boots are provided.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Real Alloy offers a RETENTION BONUS:  </strong></p>\n<p><strong>$300 at 90 days</strong></p>\n<p><strong>$1,000 at 9 months</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In this role you will perform the following duties:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>All mechanical related duties including new installations, trouble-shooting, welding etc.</li>\n <li> Employees must be able to work from elevated levels.</li>\n <li>Operate mobile equipment, and hand and power tools.</li>\n <li>Understanding of pertinent diagnostic tools.</li>\n <li>Read and understand blue prints.</li>\n <li> Operation of plant SCADA system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  <strong>All maintenance technicians need to be driven by our SAFE culture. </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Heavy fabrication and welding experience desired</li>\n <li>Knowledge of mechanic work desired</li>\n <li>General mechanical knowledge</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of NFPA70E</li>\n <li>Understand basic requirements of NESHAP desired</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2> </h2>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
