The Graphic Designer will be responsible for diverse design solutions, ranging from series branding and print materials to digital assets and merchandise, all while remaining attentive to the Holy Spirit's leading throughout the creative process. This role involves collaborating with other artistic disciplines, teams, and ministry partners to build cohesive experiences that articulate the heart of God.<br><br></span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">Position Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create design solutions for the ministries of NewSpring Church by working on a wide range of projects </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">series/project branding</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">print and signage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">digital and social media assets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">merchandise</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Miscellaneous projects as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate on projects with members from other artistic disciplines to create cohesive experiences</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Adhere to project deadlines</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">Role Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role is full time 40 hours per week.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role is for someone who views Graphic Design as an avenue for full-time ministry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a readiness to learn ProPresenter.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times &amp; based on certain needs. Standard schedule is:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Sunday: 8am-1pm</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monday - Thursday: 9am-5pm</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\">Preferred but not required</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A Graphic Design degree</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Motion Design Experience: Familiarity with After Effects and animating text and logos.</span></li>\n</ul>",
