(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate construction efforts on multiple projects in design and construction</li>\n <li>Overall responsibility to ensure timely completion of project work</li>\n <li>Manage project team</li>\n <li>Provide administrative oversight for all phases of work</li>\n <li>Oversee/Inspect the work of contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process </li>\n <li>Communicate directly with the client and the design team</li>\n <li>Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance</li>\n <li>Oversee safety and security</li>\n <li>Manage multi-contractor projects as well as contractor compliance with project documents</li>\n <li>Create and track Field Orders and Change Orders</li>\n <li>Assess impact of change requests or delays on the project schedule and budget</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with the project specific construction management plan</li>\n <li>Detailed critical path schedule development and analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing multiple projects</li>\n <li>Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating with designers handling any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility</li>\n <li>Full knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application</li>\n <li>Preferred candidate to live in NJ for traveling throughout the state</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Total Compensation Package</li>\n <li>Employee- Only Stock Purchase Plan</li>\n <li>Mentoring programs</li>\n <li>Continuing Education Program</li>\n <li>Employee referral bonus</li>\n <li>Volunteer/Industry association opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Culture:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We believe in the power of collaboration.
