Currently, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">bbf: </span>is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quantity Surveyor</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span>to join our team in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Limassol</span>.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Tasks and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and analyze BOQs from external consultants, providing detailed correction tables and cost guidance</li>\n<li>Gather all required documentation (drawings and specifications) from the Design Department and unit rate tables from the Procurement Department</li>\n<li>Review project drawings and specifications and coordinate with the Design Department to resolve any issues or discrepancies</li>\n<li>Monitor and manage cost control activities, including checking progress payments, handling change orders, and preparing final accounts</li>\n<li>Perform re-measurements for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) when required to ensure accuracy and alignment with project changes and site conditions</li>\n<li>Stay updated with the Design Department manual, project specifications, and related requirements.</li>\n<li>Implement company tender templates, measurement standards, and pricing preambles (BOQ, method of measurement, pricing preambles, etc.)</li>\n<li>Provide additional clarification or support to consultants upon request regarding our company's requirements</li>\n<li>Maintain organized records of all cost documentation for audits and reference<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements for the position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent</li>\n<li>Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction processes and practices.</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency MS Office, AutoCAD</li>\n<li>Knowledge of iTOW CostX is an advantage.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks or projects efficiently.</li>\n<li>Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with consultants, contractors, and internal teams</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, planning, and strategic thinking abilities</li>\n<li>Fluent in both English and Greek (spoken and written)<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Competitive and attractive compensation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Young, dynamic and friendly working environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Fast-growing company with potential career perspectives.</span></li>\n<li><span>Interesting and challenging daily tasks within various departments of the company.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">bbf:</span>, our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">values </span>shape everything we do.</span></p>\n<p><span>We are </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sharp </span><span>in our thinking, </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">creative </span><span>in our approach, and </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">emotionally intelligent</span><span> in how we connect with others.
