Please view our benefits guide&nbsp;</span><a href=\"https://communications.aleragroup.com/view/341154170/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>here</span></a><span>.</span></p>\n     <p>&nbsp;</p>\n     <p><strong>Summary of Position:</strong></p>\n     <p>Assists, and may lead teams of seasonal &amp; part-Time employees in workgroups, in the unloading, setup and dismantling of theatrical and musical productions.</p>\n     <p><strong>Experience, Knowledge, Skills:</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Requires the ability to selectively extract, verify and compile data and/or operate specialized equipment to produce results.</li>\n      <li>Usually requires a technical certificate or Associate's Degree.</li>\n      <li>Entry level for more specialized fields.</li>\n      <li>A basic knowledge of safe work practices.</li>\n      <li>Knowledge of the theatrical environment.</li>\n      <li>All of the basic skills of the Theatre Technician plus one or more of the following:</li>\n      <li>Stage managing any event, whether alone or with other crew members.</li>\n      <li>Performing any rigging tasks, whether on the grid or on the floor.</li>\n      <li>Focusing lighting instruments while more than 6' above stage level.</li>\n      <li>Setting up and running audio systems without direct supervision.</li>\n      <li>Setup and components within the video system and operate successfully.</li>\n      <li>Operating any atmospheric effects without direct supervision.</li>\n      <li>Performing any electric power tie-in.</li>\n      <li>Performing any work more than 6' above stage level.</li>\n     </ul>\n     <p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n     <ul>\n      <li>Installs lighting and sound equipment, scenery, props, hair, makeup, and wardrobe materials for any event at the Union Colony Civic Center, and occasionally at other locations with or without direct supervision. Frequency: 65%</li>\n      <li>Local Crew Head for touring shows and concerts. Frequency: 20%</li>\n      <li>Assists with the operation and/or maintenance of lighting, props, hair, makeup, wardrobe, special effects, sound and video equipment. Frequency: 5%</li>\n      <li>Completes other duties as assigned by the Technical Services Coordinator or Assistance Technical Services Coordinator. Frequency: 5%</li>\n      <li>Attend UCCC Technical Training sessions to obtain skills for promotion opportunities.
