Seeking a diverse spectrum of gender identities and ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Performers should aim to exceed guest expectations and provide the highest quality of entertainment. A dance combination will be taught at the audition. Please wear appropriate dance attire. Shoes must be worn at all times. <strong>Please bring a photo and resume</strong>. Rehearsals will begin in September 2026. An ideal candidate is available to work all scheduled rehearsal and event dates. This role is compensated at a rate of $20.65/hr.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Please use the link below to schedule an audition appointment:</strong></p>\n<p><u>https://calendly.com/kbf-auditions</u></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KNOTT’S SCARY FARM 2026 EVENT DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS*:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>(September) 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 27</li>\n <li>(October) 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, 31</li>\n</ul>\n<p>    *Event dates are subject to change</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Park in the Western Employee parking lot <strong><em>(8189 Western Ave. Buena Park, CA 90620)</em></strong><em> </em>located between La Palma and Crescent on Western Ave. Please proceed to Western Employee Park Entrance where a Knott’s Berry Farm representative will escort applicants to the audition area. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong><em>For questions, please email the Knott’s Talent Casting Team at: </em></strong><strong><em><u>[email protected]</u></em></strong><strong><em>.</em></strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Using your talents to enrich Knott’s Scary Farm’s atmosphere for guests</li>\n <li>Working as a member of a team to achieve overall atmosphere and goals set by Entertainment leadership and show directors</li>\n <li>Consistently performing your role as scripted and/or conceived</li>\n <li>Remaining in character while \"on‑stage” and in view of guests and interact with guests while performing in a professional and artistic manner</li>\n <li>Providing guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, and giving accurate directions</li>\n <li>Maintaining cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision</li>\n <li>Meeting scheduling availability requirements that include nights, weekends, and holidays </li>\n <li>Fulfilling attendance requirements as outlined in the Six Flags attendance policy</li>\n <li>Adhering to the Six Flags Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Performing other duties as they are assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Availability to work all assigned rehearsal and event dates that include weekday/weekends nights and holidays</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Dance experience (required)</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Ability to commit to multiple days of work per week and adhere to minimum availability requirements</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Ability to perform in outdoor venues in varying Southern California weather conditions</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Willingness and ability to wear heavy make‑up, wigs and costuming for extended periods of time</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, and DMV</li>\n <li>Ability to provide record of previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Attending an audition does not guarantee employment with Knott’s Berry Farm.
