font-size: 12px;\"><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong><em>E</em></strong><strong><em>ssential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</em></strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Perform all maintenance related operations in a safe manner and follow prescribed safety procedures always adhering to proper PPE&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Perform preventive maintenance on all production machinery</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Troubleshoot and perform overall maintenance on all production machinery</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Construct and implement improvement procedures</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Unload incoming product and supply shipments</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Communicate production concerns as it relates to maintenance with the Production Supervisor</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Assist with company and departmental moves</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Maintain building and grounds for the Manufacturing buildings</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rulers, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring instruments.</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, or schematic diagrams.</li><li style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Individual must be able to work overtime when required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;
