As a Technician in Facility Services, Irrigation Exterior Services, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our irrigation systems, ensuring efficient operation and a well-maintained outdoor environment. This hands-on role requires a collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality work.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various irrigation system components, including wiring, controllers, valves, heads, rotors, main and lateral lines, drip lines, and bubblers.&#xa0;</li><li>Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks such as pressure testing, trenching, and pipe installation.&#xa0;</li><li>Order irrigation supplies, spare parts, and equipment as needed, and obtain quotes from external contractors when required.&#xa0;</li><li>Recommend and assist in prioritizing upgrades and replacements of systems and equipment.&#xa0;</li><li>Respond promptly to work order requests and provide assistance through various communication channels.&#xa0;</li><li>Leverage technology (phones, tablets, laptops) to complete work orders, maintain records, logs, and documentation.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures, and reporting any violations to management.&#xa0;</li><li>Perform seasonal maintenance tasks, such as winterizing irrigation systems and starting them up in the spring.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
