As unique situations present themselves, the successful candidate must be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals, team member goodwill, and the public image. &nbsp;<ul><li>You are happy to work 7:00am &ndash; 4:00pm or 8:00am &ndash; 5:00pm and an expectation of checking emails over the weekend.</li><li>You have a minimum of 2-years in a customer service, retail, or related role.</li><li>You are a dependable self-starter with the ability to work independently without constant direction or supervision.</li><li>You will ensure orders are accurate input into the system; you track the order from order entry to delivery and through payment. &nbsp;You schedule transportation for some customers and work with the transportation team for all orders.&nbsp;</li><li>You&rsquo;re willing to commute to our corporate office located in Upper Sandusky, OH. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are:</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Possess high energy level and the drive required to proactively execute Customer Service duties within a dynamic business environment&nbsp;</li><li>Exhibit a strong analytical thinking ability&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate exemplary verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Thrive in fast pace, ever-changing environment &nbsp;</li><li>Acquire a strong attention to detail and is well organized&nbsp;</li><li>Diligent problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficient in Windows based software programs, especially Excel &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>About the Team:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>At Kalmbach Feeds, our Customer Service team goes above and beyond to provide professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest service all while being respectful and building customer relationships.
