    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>Summary/Objective</strong></p><p>The Shipping Associate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to meet shipping deadlines, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of order fulfillment and accuracy.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\" style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for picking and packing all daily customer orders.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Processing and labeling parcel orders with appropriate documentation.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Consolidating, labeling and organizing LTL and Stauffer fleet orders in preparation for shipment to the customer.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for all unique picking including, but not limited to exception picks and value-added customer picks.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for processing all parcel Hazmat and International shipping. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, rolling ladders, and other material handling tools. Use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.</p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</li><li>Ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 65 lbs., climb ladders, and work on material handling equipment such as forklifts and other moving apparatus.</li><li>Work in an uncontrolled temperature environment and in a controlled temperature environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</strong></p><ul><li>This is a full-time position.
