    "description": "<p><strong><span>Roles and Duties</span></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Oversee and ensure the exchange's compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC/STR, licensing, reporting, and internal controls.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and manuals.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct reviews on client onboarding, due diligence; and monitor ongoing process to ensure compliance with AML/KYC standards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries, audits, and inspections. Relevant jurisdictions include Malaysia and Hong Kong</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor transactions and investigate any suspicious activities, preparing necessary reports.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide compliance training to staff and promote a culture of regulatory awareness.</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with operations, technology, finance, and other departments to ensure compliance integration across all business functions; and monitor internal and external risk exposures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Stay updated with regulatory changes and advise management on their impact.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support ad-hoc projects related to regulatory matters and business initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span>Be a proactive team player in a lean, international team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><span><span style=\"text-decoration: none;\"> </span></span></strong></p>\n<p><strong><span>Qualifications:</span></strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law or related fields.</span></li>\n<li><span>3-8 years of experience in compliance within financial services, banking, brokerage, or crypto industries.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with regulatory jurisdictions such as Malaysia (SC, BNM, Labuan FSA), Hong Kong (TCSP).</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of AML / KYC / STR/ FATCA / CRS / FATF / Travel Rules requirements, digital assets, blockchain, and capital markets.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficient in English (written and verbal).</span></li>\n<li><span>Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Preference for candidates based in Malaysia.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>Join our dynamic digital asset exchange team and contribute to the future of finance!</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>",
