      "text": "Required Qualifications:",
      "content": "\n<li>Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school.</li>\n<li>Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements</li>\n<li>Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC</li>\n<li>Active RN compact license</li>\n<li>Active multi-state licensure <strong>(5+ licenses preferred)</strong></li>\n<li>Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings</li>\n<li>Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations</li>\n<li>Ability to function within an integrated medical practice</li>\n<li>Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records</li>\n<li>Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs</li>\n"
