The position will collaborate with various departments within the facility to ensure knowledge of, and compliance with, project-specific quality assurance requirements.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Record product conformance to engineering and customer specifications through inspection and testing of rock, sand, concrete, and precast concrete products.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Record and maintain cylinder break records in accordance to quality control manual and ACPA requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspect raw materials and fresh concrete while batching and after testing to confirm concrete qualities meet the finished product specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure proper mix designs are programmed and used for each product type.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate and maintain all quality testing equipment according to manuals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain documentation verifying that production and testing equipment has been properly and accurately calibrated in accordance with local standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform random inspection and documentation of wire cage fabrication.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform pre-pour and post-pour inspections.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At times, expected to perform duties and tasks outside of job description to meet business needs.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Precast concrete QC certification from ACI Strength Testing: Preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work-related experience and/or training in skilled trades: Preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity using tools and equipment associated with precast concrete production: Required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excel Experience: Preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bilingual: Preferred</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">TPG will train and support in the development to become certified in industry required QC certifications</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Work Environment</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
