Strong background in education, social work or community outreach is preferred. Experience working with students or educational programs is an asset. Excellent recruiting skills to attract a diverse range of volunteers. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to educate effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for community service and a commitment to making a positive impact on students lives.
