    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><strong>MHHS Description: &nbsp;</strong>Minnie Hamilton Health System (MHHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that owns and operates a Critical Access Hospital with 18 Acute Care/Swing Beds, 24 Long Term Care (Nursing Home) Beds, a Level IV Trauma Emergency Department, Rural Health Clinic, Primary Care practices, and a Dental practice, serving nearly 20,000 residents in central WV. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Duties: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>Dental prophylaxis for pediatric and geriatric populations including scaling and root planning, periodontal charting and ability to take necessary radiographs. Certification for local anesthesia is recommended but not required. Must have the ability to place sealants and apply topical fluoride. &nbsp;Must work as a team with Dentists and staff to provide efficient and ethical care for all patients. Organize, maintain and set up the operatories and sterilization room daily. Insure that needed dental supplies are present for daily operations and keep inventory of dental supplies. Maintain records for sterilization and ensure infection control techniques are being implemented and serve as the Infection Control Coordinator. Assist the Patient Support Specialist as needed with scheduling, registering patients, and answering phones.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Specific Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>West Virginia Dental Hygienist license. Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program, completion of National Dental Hygiene Board Examination and State Law Examination. Must successfully complete 90 day orientation with a satisfactory 90 day performance evaluation. Maintain current HIPAA training and CPR certification as well as continuing education requirements.
