This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for leading the administration, optimization, and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments, along with related integrations and analytics. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will partner closely with business leaders across sales, operations, finance, and accounting to architect scalable solutions, drive data integrity, and champion Salesforce best practices that enable business growth and operational excellence. This position reports to the Director of Business Applications and will serve as a key technical expert and mentor to other administrators on the team. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Responsibilities</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead Salesforce Administration &amp; Optimization</span> – Manage and continuously enhance our Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with ERP, Analytics, and FP&amp;A systems. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Platform Management</span> – Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, configuration, and security; proactively identify opportunities for process automation and system improvement. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Governance &amp; Quality</span> – Oversee data integrity initiatives, including data cleansing, validation rules, duplicate management, and governance processes to ensure reliable and actionable business insights. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Design &amp; Implementation</span> – Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design, document, and deploy process improvements aligned with business goals. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Change Management &amp; Communication</span> – Manage change control processes; clearly communicate updates, conduct impact analysis, and deliver end-user enablement and training. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management &amp; Delivery</span> – Lead and execute Salesforce-related projects from concept to deployment; gather requirements, coordinate with developers, and oversee user acceptance testing. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mentorship &amp; Leadership</span> – Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing within the Business Applications team. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required; additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) strongly preferred. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5–7+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a complex, multi-cloud environment. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven success designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that support business growth and efficiency. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and ERP, marketing, and analytics platforms. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong project management skills with a track record of leading end-to-end Salesforce initiatives. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exposure to SaaS, HCM, or other high-growth technology environments preferred. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
