The <strong>Practice Manager</strong> is a servant leader that ensures the operational execution of practice team members meets the needs of the clinical team. Alongside the Practice Medical Director this leader ensures that Together Women’s Health “TWH” mission and values are upheld within the practice daily. This position provides tactical leadership, council, and direction to the hourly team members within his/her assigned practice(s).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for a talented leader with experience leading a high-volume practice. Leader must be detail-oriented, have excellent time management and people skills, and thrive on leading a large, dedicated team. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and uphold the Core Values and Mission Statement of TWH.</li>\n <li>Position has full responsibility for recruiting, hiring, promotion, retention, staff training and continuing education, performance development, performance management, salary adjustments, teammate relations, disciplinary action and termination of direct reports.</li>\n <li>Is a positive voice within the practice and champions TWH’s organizational initiatives.</li>\n <li>Creates channels of communication within the practice such as daily huddles, monthly team member meetings, updating Simpler website, 1:1 coaching sessions and facilitating townhall sessions.</li>\n <li>Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment with all levels of leadership, within his/her peer group; work collaboratively with field leadership, physicians, and all clinical/non-clinical hourly team members.</li>\n <li>Create practice level operational and business plans that support the stability and growth of the practice’s financial performance alongside the Practice Medical Director and in partnership with the field leadership team.</li>\n <li>Be a patient advocate. Ensure that all team members strive for a best-in-class patient experience every patient, every time. Monitors google and podium reviews and take swift action to resolve any patient issues that arise in the practice alongside the clinical leadership team.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the following TWH Leadership Teams\n  <ul>\n   <li>Revenue Cycle and Credentialing</li>\n   <li>Accounts Payable</li>\n   <li>Finance</li>\n   <li>IT</li>\n   <li>Operations</li>\n   <li>Human Resources</li>\n   <li>Compliance</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Acts as an ambassador for TWH’s brand in connection with all medical and non-medical standards</li>\n <li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2-5 years in healthcare leadership </li>\n <li>Clinical background in healthcare highly desired</li>\n <li>Superior patient care service and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to develop strong and supportive working relationships with a wide variety of people and backgrounds.</li>\n <li>Experience and confidence in leading a team of 20-30.</li>\n <li>Exceptional written and oral presentation skills; ability to present concisely and with detail.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in communicating key data</li>\n <li>Understanding of business functions, ability to read, interpret and take action on profit/loss data, understanding of how to create a basic business action plan to impact results.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills</li>\n <li>High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n <li>Healthcare operations experience highly preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Together Women’s Health (TWH)?</strong>Because we do things a bit differently here.
