    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FulcrumAir Part-Time Driver</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Part-Time Driver to join our team. This part time driver will be responsible for safely transporting goods, materials, or passengers in a company vehicle. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to safety, excellent time management skills, is available for multi-day trips within North America, and a customer-focused attitude. This person must be flexible to meet the rapidly changing requirements of our industry.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely operate company vehicles under 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). No CDL required but preferred</li>\n<li>Timely Pick up, transport, and deliver goods, materials, or passengers to designated locations including other Fulcrum Air offices, field locations, and trade shows.</li>\n<li>Ensure proper handling and securement of cargo to prevent damage during transport.</li>\n<li>Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.</li>\n<li>Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.</li>\n<li>Assist the logistics Manager with inspection and inventory of equipment and supplies.</li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.</li>\n<li>Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues to the supervisor promptly.</li>\n<li>Preform loading and unloading goods as needed.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. (CDL preferred)</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation tools.</li>\n<li>Strong time management and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends or overtime, as needed.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus.</li>\n<li>Experience with pulling and backing trailers is a plus. (10-25 foot)</li>\n<li>Must possess a valid passport and capable of international travel, or able to obtain within 60 days of employment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work may involve extended periods (multi days) of driving and occasional physical labor (e.g., loading/unloading cargo).</li>\n<li>Exposure to various weather conditions depending on the delivery location and schedule.</li>\n<li>Frequent one-way travel is often required. (transportation &amp; lodging is company provided)</li>\n<li>Part-time employment at FulcrumAir is not eligible for benefits, hours are on an as needed basis.</li>\n</ul>",
