This role requires strong technical expertise in screen setup, ink management, and print troubleshooting to ensure consistent, production-ready results.</p><p data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1204\">The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-driven, and capable of independently identifying and resolving print issues related to ink consistency, registration, and equipment performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency and delivering durable, visually accurate finished products.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li><strong>1+ <strong data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2091\" data-pasted=\"true\">years of hands-on screen printing experience</strong> in a production environmen</strong>t.</li><li data-section-id=\"gnp88x\" data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2283\" data-pasted=\"true\">Proven experience printing on <strong data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2237\">multiple substrates</strong> (cotton, blends, synthetic materials, etc.)</li><li data-section-id=\"yimfx7\" data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2359\">Strong knowledge of <strong data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2357\">ink types, curing processes, and color matching</strong></li><li data-section-id=\"14oa8bk\" data-start=\"2360\" data-end=\"2432\">Ability to <strong data-start=\"2373\" screen printing machines to apply designs onto apparel items such as t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments.</li><li>Prepare screens by coating, exposing, and washing out designs to ensure accurate print reproduction.</li><li>Mix and match inks to achieve the desired colors and consistency for each print job.</li><li>Inspect printed garments for quality assurance, checking for defects such as
