    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>Go-kart attendants must help our guests create unforgettable moments by delivering excellent guest service while following safety standards. &nbsp;Must also be able to meet the following criteria: &nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;Essential Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Follow all General Operating Procedures</li><li>Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for go-karts</li><li>Effectively communicate with guests in a positive manner through eye contact, verbal communication, and body language</li><li>Follow directions of designated Controller on duty</li><li>Meet the expectations addressed in the 4-Wheels</li><li>Lift, run, push, pull, bend, and stand for long periods of time</li><li>Successfully demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures for go-karts</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Conditions and Environments:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with multiple crew members in a collaborative and positive manner</li><li>Work outside in hot and cold weather</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Evaluation of Performance and Employment: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluated regularly through assessment of above requirements. &nbsp;This may be done verbally or written.</li><li>Meeting above requirements will be mandatory for continued employment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate each essential duty satisfactorily.
