font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The Sanitation Crew will ensure that all Back of House (BOH) kitchen areas and equipment are deep cleaned and sanitized every evening. &nbsp;The Sanitation Crew will operate dishwashing machines, place clean dishes in assigned storage location, dispose of kitchen substances (such as grease) and kitchen chemicals properly, transport garbage containers to dump sites while adhering to recycling regulations, empty and clean trash containers, and wash walls, ceilings, baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong><u>Duties/Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Transport garbage from all kitchen areas to trash receptacle and dumpster.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Follow all cleaning schedules in designated areas (kitchen storerooms, walk-ins, and other designated assigned areas).</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Machine-wash and sort all dishes and flatware as it is brought to the dish area as needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Wash, sort, and store pots and pans in their designated location on proper racks as needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Breakdown and clean dishwashing machine and work areas as needed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply / storage closets; remove trash, wipe down shelves / counters; clean floors; remove items which do not belong and place in correct areas.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Set up and organize work station with designated supplies and equipment; report shortages to supervisor. &nbsp;Replenish as needed throughout shift.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Report any damages, maintenance problems or safety hazards to the supervisor.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist in training new employees.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Work steadily an accurately, paying attention to detail in accordance with Health Department codes and departmental policies to remain consistently in compliance.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Nightly deep cleaning of grills, exhaust vents, stove tops, fryers and kitchen equipment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Must be physically present to work a regular, reliable, and predictable work schedule in accordance with business demands, and maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;
