Check out our Firm Culture here. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. </p>\n<h2>We Know You</h2>\n<p>You have <strong>at least 3 but no more than 5 years</strong> of meaningful <strong>capital markets/securities related</strong> experience, while working at a small, midsize or large law firm. Additional experience in <strong>mergers & acquisitions, and real estate or other investments funds and REITs is a plus. </strong>With strong academic credentials and writing, analytical, and communication skills, you approach your work with a productive and positive attitude. You are <strong>admitted to practice in good standing in a state where Nelson Mullins has an East Coast office.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
