Working as part of the MRSS team, this role helps develop individualized MRSS Plans, establish goals, and support families through transition planning with the ultimate objective of strengthening family stability and connecting them with needed services.</span></p><h2><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Meet with families within 72 hours of the initial MRSS assessment to follow up and begin developing an MRSS Stabilization Plan.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provide MRSS Stabilization Services that honor each family and client&rsquo;s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ensure fidelity to the MRSS model throughout service planning and delivery.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Complete clinical records in the electronic health record (EHR) in accordance with agency standards.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
