    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Responsible for inspecting, measuring, counting, trimming, cleaning and packing plastic molded parts as directed by Supervisor. This position adds value to the customer by ensuring production of defect-free products. Ensure customer order requirements are met.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">SHIFTS: 3pm-11:30pm &amp; 11pm - 7:30am | Monday - Friday with overtime and weekend work as needed</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">*Walk-in Interviews on Wednesday from 11am - 1pm located at 190 Norfolk Southern Way in Byhalia, MS.*</span></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Understand the Production Monitoring Systems and log in and out as required.</li><li>Remove plastic parts from Injection Molding Machine.</li><li>Perform any required secondary operations as instructed by the Shift Supervisor.</li><li>Trim and pack plastic parts as directed.</li><li>Guarantee that the label on each container is accurate.</li><li>Inform Shift Supervisor or Molding Technician of any problems or defects.</li><li>Perform all duties in a safe manner according to Corelle Brands safety manual and Safety Training Classes.</li><li>Report any work injury to your supervisor immediately, no matter how small.</li><li>Fill out the &ldquo;Operator Inspection Results Form&rdquo; every day as required</li><li>Inspect and measure the parts every hour as needed or indicated in the &ldquo;Operator Inspection Results Form&rdquo;.</li><li>Document your comments on parts inspected on the &ldquo;Operator Inspection Results&rdquo; Form every hour.</li><li>Learn and understand the Corelle Brands Quality Policy.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma /GED</li><li>6 months of work experience as a production associate</li><li>Ability to regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
