Magnum York is bringing a level of stability and sophistication required in today's economy to serve both clients and staff well.\n\nLet's build the future together!\n\n Here’s what’s waiting for you… \n\nAs a Rental Property Manager (Licensed) for our Property Management division based in Red Deer, you will oversee all our residential leasing portfolio in Red Deer. The portfolio contains a variety of units from single family to apartment buildings. You will manage your portfolio as part of team with a Leasing Agent and a full time Accountant. The successful candidate will provide strong service leadership to the team, existing owners, and potential and existing tenants.\n\n Here's what you would be doing day to day: \n\n Managing your team to ensure exceptional customer services to our customers\n Booking appointments and showing suites to potential tenants\n Posting advertisements\n Taking phone calls from on site managers, owners, board members, and contractors\n Coordinating unit and building maintenance\n Dealing with Tenant concerns in a timely manner\n Writing notices, letters, and emails to a professional standard\n Processing of potential tenant applications\n Performing Move In/Out Inspections and Interim Inspections\n Reviewing lease renewals, accounts receivable and cash flow\n\n Requirements\n\n MUST HAVE: a valid Associate license through RECA and are authorized to practice in property management\n Must have valid Alberta Driver’s License and dependable vehicle\n A minimum of one (1) year of experience in residential rental property management is preferred\n Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, computerized accounting systems, and willingness to learn new systems\n Demonstrated organizational, time management, and leadership skills\n Excellent customer care and client management skills\n A clean Criminal Record Check will be required for the successful Candidate\n Smartphone Android or iPhone is required\n\nIf you meet the first two requirements and some of the others, but not all, we encourage you to still apply!\n\n Benefits\n\nCompetitive Compensation Package includes:\n\n Hybrid work after probation with ability for some Work From Home\n Full time, weekday work, flexibility for families\n Minimal on call requirements\n Medical and Dental benefits\n\n Life Insurance\n Educational assistance\n Paid Personal Days and Sick Leave\n Mileage allowance and Cell phone allowance reimbursement\n Company events\n A great team to work with we have been voted \"A Great Place to Work\" by our employees six years in a row!\n\n AB 041526"
