We offer excellent benefits and supply you with the tools you need to maximize your potential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $22.00 - $30.80 per hour depending on experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits include: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off + 8 company paid holidays</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options for Employee and Family </li>\n <li>Disability & Life Insurance Packages</li>\n <li>Competitive Retirement Plan </li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement – available to FT employees with 1 year+ of service</li>\n <li>Additional supplemental offerings and discount programs</li>\n <li>Employee Referral Program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspect, repair and restore a wide variety of construction rental equipment to correct working order.</li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drive components, and typical mechanical failures.</li>\n <li>Exhibit positive and effective interaction with customers, fellow employees, Management and Equipment manufacturers.</li>\n <li>Uphold safety practices and standards </li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records as it relates to repair orders, parts ordering, and time keeping.</li>\n <li>Must be both efficient and thorough with all repairs and rental check-in.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean work area and keep tools in proper working condition.</li>\n <li>Maintain and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) </li>\n <li>Complete and submit all paperwork required by shop management in the requested timeframes.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High-school diploma or GED is required </li>\n <li>3+ years of verifiable experience as a Construction Rental Equipment Mechanic.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver License</li>\n <li>Knowledge of safe operation of Construction Rental Equipment</li>\n <li>Good written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; proficient in mechanical systems (transmissions, engines, hydraulics, etc.)</li>\n <li>Able to lift 30 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 80 pounds independently or with assistance. </li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
