This role involves working with the Information Technology infrastructure team to implement best practices while making recommendations to the VP of Information Technology based on industry and regulation standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">* Must be located in CT*</p><p style=\"margin-left:-4.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>&nbsp;How You&rsquo;ll Drive Success</strong></span></p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Network &amp; Infrastructure Management</em></span></h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Maintain and support the physical network and infrastructure within physical office locations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Oversee the global infrastructure verifying that it conforms to the organization&rsquo;s information technology structure.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Configuration management of network segments for Internet and Intranet systems to ensure operability, including WAN, LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls &amp; security appliances.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Installation and maintenance, network hardware and software, analyze problems, and monitor networks to ensure their availability to users.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Responsible for cloud, virtual and physical infrastructure operations.</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Technical Support &amp; Monitoring</em></span></h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Provides Tier 2 &amp; 3 support to the help desk on networking and infrastructure environment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Provides monitoring and reporting of network and infrastructure verifying overall health.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Helps contribute to the knowledge base for help desk technicians.</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Governance, Planning &amp; Continuous improvement</em></span></h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Ensures all design decisions are evaluated analytically and in a systematic manner in accordance with approved technical approaches, processes, and procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Annual review of infrastructure appliances making recommendations on improvements to support the organizations&#39; business goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Supports disaster recovery planning by providing oversight of backup processes and procedures.</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Collaboration, Documentation &amp; Project Work</em></span></h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Works closely with other teams within the organization on various projects, assignments, and problems.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Maintains accurate documentation of the topology for the network and infrastructure.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Works independently on specific projects assigned and executes successfully.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Performs other duties as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:-4.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>&nbsp;The Talents We&rsquo;re Seeking</strong></span></p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><em>Education &amp; Experience</em></span></h2><div style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">3-5 years&rsquo;
