Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to assist customers, provide information, and support customer satisfaction initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping others and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet established quality and performance standards. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Support additional customer service initiatives as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and professionalism. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Basic computer proficiency and recordkeeping skills.
