          "text": "<p>Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, Bottle Servers are responsible for delivering a high-energy, VIP-level service experience. This role goes beyond traditional table service—Bottle Servers are expected to drive sales, engage with guests, and contribute to the upbeat, party-style atmosphere that defines Open Aera.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Create a fun, engaging, and memorable guest experience while maintaining professional and polished service</li><li>Promote and sell bottle service and premium beverages with confidence and product knowledge</li><li>Maintain a strong presence on the floor, proactively checking in with guests and responding quickly to requests</li><li>Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the POS system</li><li>Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and table setup to meet brand standards</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas throughout the shift</li><li>Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies at all times</li><li>Be attentive to guest needs, including special requests and allergies</li><li>Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
