As Business Development Manager &ndash; Global Projects &amp; Engineering for Shaw Projects &amp; Modules, you&rsquo;ll drive growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing Engineering, EPF, and EPC opportunities while building strategic partnerships that strengthen Shaw&rsquo;s market presence.</p><h2>What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><ul><li>Build and deepen relationships with facility operators, technology licensors, project developers, and major EPC firms.</li><li>Source and develop new business via networking, prospecting, client meetings, trade events, and industry associations.</li><li>Represent Shaw at conferences, customer visits, and promotional events to elevate brand visibility.</li><li>Collaborate with Head of Sales and Strategic Account Managers to qualify Engineering, EPF, and EPC opportunities aligned to strategy.</li><li>Lead early vetting of potential projects and ensure pre-contract governance compliance.</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting in CRM (Zoho or equivalent).</li><li>Coordinate with operations and project execution teams to align scopes with technical capabilities and schedules.</li><li>Support proposal documentation, commercial exhibits, and milestone payment schedules.</li></ul><h2>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</h2><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>5&ndash;6 years in business development/sales/commercial roles within Engineering/EPC sectors.</li><li>Strong communication/presentation skills; comfort engaging at all organizational levels.</li><li>Understanding of project phases, EPC structures, contract terms, and risk management.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM (Zoho) and Microsoft Office; PowerPoint for client presentations.</li><li>Outgoing relationship-builder; collaborative and persistent.</li><li>Nice-to-have: Plant operations experience; connections in EPC; basics of chemical processes.</li></ul><h2>Rewards &amp; Growth</h2><ul><li>Relocation flexible; visa sponsorship not available.</li><li>Collaborative, open-door culture with flexibility in office hours and days.</li><li>Career path opportunities including Project Management or Project Controls.</li></ul><h2>Location &amp; Travel</h2><p>Location: The Woodlands, TX (Hybrid; minimum 2 days onsite).</p><p>Travel: Approximately 30%.</p><h2>About The Shaw Group</h2><p>The Shaw Group delivers innovative modular and industrial solutions across energy, oil &amp; gas, chemicals, and sustainable technologies&mdash;combining engineering excellence with disciplined project delivery to help customers achieve their goals.</p><h2>EEO &amp; Inclusion</h2><p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
