As integral members of the VIA Appliance team, you are responsible for all aspects of handling parts and supplies and using the most efficient method to provide excellent service to all customers. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process, stocks and posts incoming part orders and returns</li>\n<li>Recording information carefully and identifying needed parts using most efficient method</li>\n<li>Assist with inventory stocking and department maintenance as necessary</li>\n<li>Keeps parts area clean, uncluttered and organized</li>\n<li>Using technologies like scanners and laptops to pick parts and place in technicians bins for shipment</li>\n<li>Documenting and keeping records of parts status/interactions/email information in our system according to standard operating procedures</li>\n<li>Respond to emails from parts distributors and other team members in a professional and timely manner</li>\n<li>Assist our technicians with logistics and provide support to ensure their success</li>\n<li>Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility</li>\n<li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace</li>\n<li>Ability to lift heavy packages<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have strong soft and active listening skills</li>\n<li>Possess computer keyboarding skills and aptitude</li>\n<li>Are self-motivated and eager to learn and lead</li>\n<li>Able to handle stressful situations appropriately</li>\n<li>Able to follow established systems and standard operating procedures</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively</li>\n<li>Find creative problem solving and critical thinking to be fulfilling and a welcomed challenge</li>\n<li>Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs</li>\n<li>Have a clear, professional, and informative communication style</li>\n<li>Punctual and reliable<br></li>\n</ul>",
