You will be responsible for the day to day operations of about 15-20 CCRs.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span>• Coordinate CCR operations</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Control assistance for CCRs</span></p>\n<p><span>• Authorize leaves for CCRs in charge</span></p>\n<p><span>• Assist CCR's in handling their calls, guiding continuous improvement</span></p>\n<p><span>• Identify specific training needs for CCRs</span></p>\n<p><span>• Solve specific transactions. Escalate the unresolved.</span></p>\n<p><span>• Inform CCR's operation's and company's updates</span></p>\n<p><span>• Report deviations within the operation to Shift Managers level</span></p>\n<p><span>• Monitor key metrics performance, and provide feedback</span></p>\n<p><span>• Execute implementation of the scheme of discipline for his group.</span></p>\n<p><span>• Carry out actions to motivate personnel assigned aimed at retention</span></p>\n<p><span>• Encourage CCRs to accomplish their performance goals</span></p>\n<p><span>• Monitor CCRs calls and review calls along with QA Department</span></p>\n<p><span>• Generate corrective action plans based on the group metrics report</span></p>\n<p><span>• Report deficiencies in safety and hygiene conditions of the workplace to your supervisor<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span>Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span>• Teamwork</span></p>\n<p><span>• Communication Skills (Verbal &amp; Written); Customer Service Skills; Interpersonal Skills, Listening Skills; High Leadership Skills; Good Problem Solving Skills</span></p>\n<p><span>• Ability to work toward goals</span></p>\n<p><span>• Ability to work under pressure</span></p>\n<p><span>• Minimum 2 years Experience</span></p>\n<p><span>• Ability to implement</span></p>\n<p><span>• Good judgment &amp; strong work ethic;</span><br></p>\n<p><span>• Must be able to work flexible hours and</span></p>\n<p><span>• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate, and develop others skills and abilities</span></p>\n<p><span>• Tech Savvy</span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>",
